This was a whole adventure last summer... It was a cake for a TV show called Godiva. It was huge, the base only was 38" by 38". The cake needed to be so big that it would not fit through the door. We used an amazing amount of fondant: 250 lbs! Now, when I think about it, I can laugh; back then... I don't know..., but it was pretty cool to meet all those nice people in the studio, and it was a pleasure to work with them...
